Mr. Juhani Mäkinen is the Chairman of the Board and Mr. Ulf Sjöblom is the Managing Director (CEO). Oy Finnrock Ab, Frans Lundelin Oy, Lapuan Räjähdysainepalvelu Oy and Forcit Sweden Ab are part of the corporation and together with Forcit these companies employ approximately 240 people.

Forcit’s turnover 2008 was 51 million euros, of which 23% consisted of export.
